When someone asks what’s included in a luxury bachelorette package, they’re usually asking the wrong question. The right question is: what does the group never have to think about?
The answer to that question is everything. Here’s what that looks like in practice.
The villa
Every Bach & Joy experience is built around a private villa. Not a hotel suite, not a shared rental — a property selected specifically for the group, the destination, and the occasion.
What that means in practice: we know which villas in Ibiza actually deliver on their photographs, which ones in Marbella have the staff worth having, and which properties in Mallorca offer the combination of privacy and access that a bachelorette group needs. We’ve done the research so the group doesn’t have to.
The villa comes with everything required for the stay: private pool, outdoor dining terrace, air conditioning throughout, and full domestic staff. For larger groups, properties with separate guest wings. For groups that want complete seclusion, clifftop properties in Es Cubells or the Tramuntana coast where the nearest neighbour is out of sight.
The welcome
The group arrives to a villa that is already perfect.
Champagne cold, flowers arranged, welcome kits personalised for the bride and each guest. The itinerary printed and waiting. The private chef briefed on dietary requirements. The driver’s number saved in every phone.
The first impression of a trip sets its emotional tone. We make sure that tone is exactly right from the moment the group walks through the door.
Transfers — from the first flight to the last
Airport arrivals are handled. A private car and driver meets the group at arrivals, assists with luggage, and transfers everyone to the villa without queuing, without negotiating, and without anyone having to coordinate anything.
For the duration of the stay, a dedicated private car and driver is available for the group — one vehicle (or two for larger groups), always on time, always briefed on the day’s schedule. No taxis, no rideshares, no splitting up.
For groups arriving by private jet or helicopter, the ground logistics are coordinated to match. The car is on the tarmac. The villa is ready. The sequence is seamless.
The itinerary
We design the schedule. Not a list of suggestions — a complete, day-by-day plan built around what the group actually wants to experience, with every element confirmed and timed.
The structure we use: one anchor experience per day — a beach club, a yacht charter, a Michelin dinner — balanced with time at the villa that isn’t rushed. At least one private chef dinner during the stay. One morning or afternoon with no fixed plan, because the best moments on a trip like this are often the unscheduled ones.
Every venue on the itinerary has been selected by us, not by an algorithm. Every reservation has been made through a relationship, not a booking platform.
Restaurant reservations
The restaurants worth going to in Ibiza, Marbella, Barcelona, and Mallorca are the ones that are hardest to book. A table at Disfrutar in Barcelona requires twelve months of lead time. Skina in Marbella fills its summer dates before the season begins. Casa Jondal in Ibiza is not accessible to someone calling cold from abroad.
These reservations are part of what Bach & Joy provides. The group doesn’t need to know how far in advance to call or which venues require a relationship rather than an online form. They receive a confirmed itinerary with the right table at the right restaurant on the right night.
Beach club days
Beach club reservations — daybeds, cabanas, minimum spends — are handled and confirmed before the group arrives. The group shows up. Everything is ready.
For groups that want to arrive by water — at Blue Marlin in Ibiza, for example, where arriving by yacht is a different experience from arriving by road — the boat is arranged as part of the day. The sequence from villa to water to beach club to sunset is designed to feel effortless because it has been.
Yacht and boat charters
For groups that want a day on the water — and most do — Bach & Joy sources and books the right vessel for the group’s size and preferences. A private catamaran for a relaxed day of swimming and anchoring in hidden coves. A motor yacht for a faster, more social experience. A sailing boat for groups that want the authentic version of a Mediterranean day at sea.
The crew is briefed. The catering is arranged. The route is planned around the best stops for the destination. The group boards and the day begins.
In-villa experiences
Not every experience happens outside the villa. Some of the most memorable moments of a Bach & Joy trip are the ones that take place at the property itself.
Private chef dinners — one per trip at minimum, more if the group prefers. A sommelier-led wine tasting in the outdoor terrace. In-villa massage therapists for a spa morning. A mixologist for a cocktail evening before going out. A yoga session at sunrise on the terrace.
These experiences are available because we have the relationships with the right practitioners in each destination. The group requests what they want; we make it happen.
The brief and the pre-trip document
Before the group arrives, every guest receives a complete pre-trip document: the full itinerary, day by day and hour by hour. Addresses, confirmation numbers, driver contact, villa manager contact, dress codes for each venue, and any practical information specific to the destination.
Nobody arrives uncertain about what’s happening. Nobody has to ask what time dinner is or how to get there.
What happens when something needs adjusting
On a trip of this complexity, something occasionally needs to shift. A restaurant moves a table. Weather changes the yacht plan. A venue has a private event that affects the afternoon.
When this happens, we handle it. The group doesn’t know there was a problem. They only know the plan.
That’s the point of a concierge at this level — not to prevent every complication, but to absorb every complication so the group never feels one.
What isn’t included
Bach & Joy doesn’t set a fixed package with a fixed price. Every experience is designed from scratch for the specific group, the specific destination, and the specific dates. The budget conversation is honest and direct: we tell the group what’s possible at different levels and design accordingly.
What’s not included is anything the group doesn’t want. There’s no minimum number of nights, no mandatory activities, no fixed structure that doesn’t fit. The itinerary is built around the group, not around a template.
